Information about GEMARA and its brands is general and may change without notice. It does not constitute a commercial offer, a price list or a warranty. Commercial terms are established only in writing, in the documents GEMARA issues for each case.
4. Communications
Replying to a message received through the website does not create any commercial or contractual obligation for GEMARA.

GEMARA may modify these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo.
